After completing the Study and Business Guides within your
course, you will receive your certificate of completion.
After receiving your certificate, contact our office to schedule
your first case debrieifing. The first debrieifing will
take up to one-half hour to complete by phone. All future
debriefings can be scheduled by contacting our office or your
mentor.

Presenting a Case
to
Mentor
If you have
one of our mentor support training packages, you’ll receive
direct access to your assigned mentor.
Your mentor is there to assist you with every aspect of
your service related to our core subject.
When contacting your mentor for assistance on a specific
case, be sure to provide the mentor with the following client
data:
Claimant
age
Education
Title of his past work
Primary
diagnosis
Secondary
diagnosis
The date
the claimant stopped working
Case level
Clients AOD
Case Discussion
After
providing your mentor with the above client information, you can
then present the case discussion. A case discussion is nothing
more that a story describing the clients impairment scenario.
Your mentor will use the client’s data and case discussion to
determine the next appropriate action in the case.
