Presenting a Case to Mentor

If you have one of our mentor support training packages, you’ll receive direct access to your assigned mentor.  Your mentor is there to assist you with every aspect of your service related to our core subject.  When contacting your mentor for assistance on a specific case, be sure to provide the mentor with the following client data:

Claimant age

Education
Title of his past work

Primary diagnosis

Secondary diagnosis

The date the claimant stopped working
Case level

Clients AOD

Case Discussion

After providing your mentor with the above client information, you can then present the case discussion. A case discussion is nothing more that a story describing the clients impairment scenario. Your mentor will use the client’s data and case discussion to determine the next appropriate action in the case.
