program

is a
non-refundable

With
the
6-pay
option,
you're
agreeing
to
allow
Disability
Associates
to
charge
6
(six)
equal
monthly
payments
to
your
credit
card in
the
amount
of
$581.15
each.
The
materials
are
electronically
delivered
in
modular
format.
Payment
Schedule:
Upon
purchasing
the

for

into

payment
contract
with

Corporation.
You're
agreeing
to

and
support

with

total
price
of

All
payments
must
be
received
by
the
date

in

initial
payment
schedule.
If
payments
are
not
received
by
the
dates
indicated
in
your
payment
schedule,
all
access
to
the
training
and
software
materials
will
be
suspended
until
payments
are
paid
in
full. To
